Which payment options do I have for my selected tickets or packages?
You can pay by credit or debit card on-line using our PROTX(Sagepay) secure payment system, providing you are booking at least 3 days before your chosen event. If you are booking closer to the date, or prefer not to shop on-line, we can take your order over the phone on +44(0)8712881313 . Payment can also be made by electronic bank transfer or cash can be paid directly into our bank account. We will accept cheques, but tickets cannot be dispatched until after the funds have cleared.
How will I know I have definitely booked my tickets online?
Once you have completed the payment process on-line via our secure PROTX(Sagepay) shopping basket, we will immediately send you a confirmation e-mail and receipt. Unless there is a payment card or technical dispute, all bookings are final.
Are my details safe online?
Yes. We use PROTX (Sagepay) process your card details who are world renowned as industry standard setters of on-line security. This is ensured by use of 128-bit encrypted security that goes directly to their secure servers and is never seen or held by us . As a further measure we do not retain your credit card details and do not pass any of your personal information on to other companies for commercial use.
How will my tickets be delivered?
All tickets are dispatched by Royal Mail "Special Delivery" insured post and secure Fedex couriers. In the case of same day, or late bookings, we can arrange for one of our representatives to meet you at the event and give you the tickets in person.Customers will have to provide the credit or debit card used to pay for your order as well as matching official ID.
Do you dispatch tickets abroad?
As long as there is sufficient time between the booking and the event to guarantee delivery, we are happy to deliver tickets overseas. As long as the payment card used to purchase items, passes all relavant security checks. Alternatively we can deliver directly to your hotel in the UK or tickets can be handed over in person by one of our representatives on production of ID and the matching payment card, at your chosen event.
Why are some ticket prices higher than their face value?
2getaticket specialises in sourcing premium seating, through our carefully selected worldwide network of brokers, agents and entertainment industry contacts. These carefully selected specialists have access to seats and packages that are often difficult to obtain, "Sold Out events","Premium seating", "Preferred seating", VIP Seating,"Gold Circle" "VIP Hospitality" and "Hotel packages" in a specific area of a venue. The prices of the inventory listed on the website reflect the secondary market premiums our approved brokers, agents and suppliers have to pay in order to obtain your premium and "sold out" event tickets, as well as our service costs and taxes.
If I am unable to attend the event I have booked, can I cancel my order?
We do not offer refunds on confirmed purchases. In some circumstances we can try to re-sell the tickets on your behalf – although we cannot guarantee this.
What if the event is rescheduled or cancelled?
If the event you have booked tickets for is rescheduled your original ticket will still be valid for the new date. If the event is cancelled you will receive a refund minus any booking premiums incurred.
How long before an event do I need to book my tickets?
You can book tickets from as soon as the dates are announced right up untill the day of an event. If you are booking on the same day or the day before the event, call us on +44 (0)8712881313 and we will arrange for your tickets to be delivered to you in person at the venue by one of our representatives.
Can I get a hotel or hospitality package tailored to my requirements?
We have hotel and ticket packages for most events available online and can tailor any event packages specifically to your needs. Can I get 2getaticket gift vouchers?
We offer 2getaticket gift vouchers – these can be used to purchase anytickets advertised on the site and are valid for 1 year after the dateof purchase. No cash equivalent is offered in exchange for issuedvouchers.
Do you buy as well as sell tickets?
